Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan: 71% of municipal acts included in the register with the help of a robot
A working meeting with representatives of the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Within the framework of the national project «Digital Economy» and the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry of Justice actively uses digital technologies when maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts.
Since 2020, the municipal register has been integrated with the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic. An RPA robot is used in the process of including acts in the register. The robot downloads acts from the Official Portal and includes them in the register automatically.
The meeting participants discussed the results of using the robot in the first half of this year, as well as plans for its modernization. Over 6 months, the robot independently processed more than 12 thousand acts, or 71%. This year, it is planned to improve the functionality of the robot in terms of systematization of municipal regulatory legal acts.
