It was established that, according to the certificate on the circumstances of disappearance or possible death, the son of the applicant was missing in action during the performance of a combat task in the first echelon of defense of the regiment in the zone of special military operation, said deputy head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov.
The fighter's mother asked to establish the fact of her son's death in order to formalize the inheritance and receive all compensation payments under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The lawyers of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan helped to draw up the application, collect all the necessary documents and send a claim to the court to recognize the Tatarstan man as killed during a special operation.
