Lawyers of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan helped the mother of a deceased participant of a special military operation to resolve the issue of establishing the fact of kinship relations

The mother of an SMO participant who died in the zone of a special military operation applied to the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan.

The Kazan resident reported that she could not receive appropriate payments to the families of deceased participants of the special military operation due to a technical error in the death certificate of the fighter's father, where the patronymic was incorrectly indicated.

This raised doubts about their family ties and it was necessary to establish their kinship through the court in order to resolve the issue.

Ekaterina Ryzhova, chief specialist of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan, prepared an application to the court and, having presented the necessary evidence, succeeded in correcting the inaccuracies in the documents.

«Now we continue to work on obtaining the due payments, which are also entitled to relatives of a participant of a special military operation», - Ekaterina Ryzhova added.
