The process of electronic interaction between the offices of magistrates of the Republic and the Federal Bailiff Service continues to actively develop, making the procedure of sending enforcement documents more convenient and safe. According to Marat Nizamiev, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, this form of work is becoming an important tool for improving the efficiency of justice.
The Deputy Minister emphasized the convenience of this system for the residents of the Republic, as now enforcement documents can be transferred directly from the court stations of magistrates directly to the bailiff service. To do this, citizens only need to submit an application along with the relevant petition.
«For 2024, more than 177 thousand enforcement documents have already been sent in electronic format, which significantly exceeds the indicators of previous years», - Marat Nizamiev specified.
In addition, the security of court stations remains one of the priority tasks of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan. All buildings and premises of court stations are guarded by bailiffs during working hours, ensuring the established order of work of the courts.
Many court buildings have computerized checkpoints connected to electronic databases. These databases contain information on persons wanted by the bodies of inquiry and investigation, as well as on debtors in enforcement proceedings. This makes it possible to promptly identify potential violators of law and order.
Thanks to such technical equipment, in 2024 it was possible to prevent 675 attempts to bring prohibited items into the territory of the court stations, including 14 units of electroshock devices, 2 gas and traumatic weapons, as well as other dangerous items.
