Free legal assistance is available on the Public services portal
«Life situations» services are being developed on the Public services portal. Now residents of Tatarstan can use the services of the State legal bureau on a Unified portal of state and municipal services. This greatly simplifies the procedure for obtaining free legal aid and helps prevent fraud.
Through your personal account, you can make an appointment to receive legal advice, by phone or online. Modern and convenient online services are being developed under the national project «Data Economy».
To use the service:
1. go to the Public services portal and verify your account; open the directory of life situations and select the section «Getting free legal assistance»;
2. mark the region; specify the person you are applying for (if the application is submitted by a representative, you must provide the details of the person who needs legal assistance and attach a document confirming the right to represent his interests) and the preferential category;
3. check your personal information and the place of registration (if the actual address does not match the address of permanent or temporary registration, be sure to specify it); if necessary, attach documents confirming the preferential category;
4. describe your situation or question in detail and attach the documents related to the request;
5. choose a convenient way to receive a consultation – in person, by phone or online; make an appointment.
A notification about an appointment for a consultation will be sent to your personal account within 1 calendar day.
If you have made an appointment in person, take it with you:
- passport;
- a document confirming the right to receive free legal assistance;
- documents related to the request (if available).
