Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan: enforcement documents can be submitted electronically
The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan draws the attention of participants in court proceedings to the possibility of submitting enforcement documents in electronic form. The writ of execution and court order are traditionally delivered to the claimant in person, but there is an alternative - sending them electronically.
Leading specialist of the Ministry Yulia Mikhailova explains the procedure: the participants need to submit to the justice of the peace a petition for the court to send an electronic version of the enforcement document. «The enforcement document is sent by the judicial district directly to the bailiff service in electronic form, which automatically initiates enforcement proceedings without additional application of the claimant», - she explains.
According to her, the algorithm of electronic interaction is simple, fast and convenient. It eliminates the risks of loss or deterioration of paper enforcement documents, as well as avoids additional expenses of recoverers. «In particular, citizens will not have to come to the court station again or look for a representative to receive the enforcement document and submit it for enforcement».
