The State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan continues to provide free legal assistance to participants of a special military operation in a military hospital
The State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan on a regular basis organizes events aimed at legal support of servicemen undergoing treatment. Within the framework of the next reception, qualified lawyers provided consultations to 25 participants of the special military operation.
The servicemen received professional explanations on a wide range of legal issues, including restoration of passport of a Russian citizen, receipt of full allowances, vacation and disability registration.
The peculiarity of such events is the participation of representatives of key departments and organizations: Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Notary Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
«Such a comprehensive approach allows servicemen to receive comprehensive legal assistance in one place, which is especially important for those who are undergoing medical treatment and have limited mobility», - noted in the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Free legal assistance to the participants of the special military operation is one of the priority areas of work of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan and will be continued.
