More than 200 servicemen received free legal assistance in the first half of 2025. The State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to actively cooperate with the republican branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation.
Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has repeatedly emphasized the importance of supporting servicemen and their families: «We must create all the necessary conditions for returning to civilian life. This will require solving a whole range of issues, primarily the socialization and rehabilitation of veterans of the SMO, their employment and immediate provision of all support measures».
Every Thursday, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov holds a citizen's reception at the foundation's site, providing free legal assistance to participants in a special military operation and their family members.
«Last week, 13 soldiers and their family members applied. In just six months, we have already received 211 people at the foundation's base, - says Rafael Faritovich. Most often, they contact us on issues related to the registration of benefits and payments due, the procedure for entering into an inheritance, conducting an examination to establish identity, as well as housing, social, and labor issues».
Legal support includes clarification of legislation, informing military personnel and their families about available benefits and compensation payments, as well as assistance in preparing legal documents.
