Rustem Zagidullin: Tatarstan occupies a leading position among the regions of the Volga Federal District in terms of the average area per court precinct

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, paid a working visit to Muslyumovsky District, where he got acquainted with the conditions of administration of justice at the judicial district of the justice of the peace № 1.

 

Through by to the initiative of the head of the district and the support of the republic's leadership, the judicial district moved to a new building, and a room with an area of ​​228,3 square meters was allocated for the office of the justice of the peace. The building not only underwent major repairs, but also provided with modern material and technical equipment. In particular, security systems were installed, and all offices were equipped with new furniture.

 

Let us recall that earlier, in June, a visit to the renovated building of the justices of the peace of the Arsk district took place. Then the minister noted that the leadership of the republic pays special attention to creating comfortable conditions for both justices of the peace and employees of their offices, and for citizens seeking protection of their rights from justices of the peace.

 

«On the instructions of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, a program method of organizing the material, technical and organizational support of the activities of justices of the peace is being used in the republic, - noted Rustem Zagidullin. He reported that the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan» is currently being implemented, which allows for a systematic solution to key issues in this area. If in 2000 the area of ​​the court area was 90 square meters, today it is more than 180. According to this indicator, Tatarstan is one of the leaders in the Volga Federal District», - the minister added.
