Tatarstan Ministry of Justice: Over 100,000 enforcement documents were sent electronically in the first six months of 2025
By decision of the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan» is being implemented in the republic. It is aimed at a comprehensive solution to important problems related to ensuring the activities of justices of the peace and their offices. The main areas also include accelerating the judicial process and significantly simplifying the receipt of legal services for residents of the republic. This was stated by the Minister of Justice of the republic Rustem Zagidullin during a speech at a meeting of district (city) courts in the Supreme Court.
The minister noted that the process of electronic interaction between the offices of justices of the peace of the republic and the Federal Bailiff Service continues to actively develop, making the procedure for sending enforcement documents more convenient and safe.
According to him, this form of work significantly increases the efficiency of justice. «Enforcement documents can be transferred directly from the judicial districts of justices of the peace directly to the bailiff service. To do this, citizens only need to submit an application along with the relevant petition», - the minister explained. In the first half of the year, over 100 thousand enforcement documents were sent in electronic format.
Rustem Ildusovich separately focused on the issues of security and anti-terrorist protection of courts. Many buildings have computerized checkpoints connected to electronic databases. This allows for the prompt identification of potential violators of law and order, including wanted persons.
Thanks to such technical equipment, in 2025 it was possible to prevent the bringing of prohibited items into the territory of courts, including 4 units of electroshock devices and 230 other items, including nail files, aerosol sprays, screwdrivers, manicure scissors, stationery knives and others.
