Off-site event in Kukmorsky district
The Ministry of Justice staff held an off-site event in the Kukmorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In order to provide legal support on issues of territorial organization, as well as the implementation of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to create and organize the activities of the administrative commission and determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses, legal and methodological assistance was provided in this area, including on the issue of developing a bill on the abolition of a settlement.
During the event, the employees of the legal service of the Kukmorsky district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of activities of the State programs «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan» and «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan», as well as bringing municipal acts into line with the legislation.
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and the implementation of rule-making activities.
