The Deputy Minister of Justice of Tatarstan took part in the IX All-Russian legal forum
Maxim Borovkov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, joined the IX All-Russian law forum «Problems of legal regulation of property circulation» online.
The forum, which is held both in person and online, brought together leading russian legal experts, including Pavel Vladimirovich Krasheninnikov, V.V. Vitryansky, E.A. Sukhanov, V.V. Chubarov, I.S. Shitkina, and A.A. Makovskaya. A total of 19 speakers are scheduled to speak.
The forum is organized into four thematic blocks, covering corporate law, contractual relations involving the transfer of property, bankruptcy law, and the legal regulation of property rights in real estate.

The forum addresses key aspects of legal regulation of property turnover, which have a direct impact on economic development and the investment climate in Russia's regions», - said Maxim Borovkov.
