The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan took part in the visiting «Day of justice» in Nizhnekamsk
A visiting «Day of justice» was held at the Nizhnekamsk branch of college of the All-Russian state university of justice. The opening ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere with the participation of distinguished guests: Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, Nizhnekamsk mayor Radmir Belyaev, head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Justice Department Maxim Skirda, director of the Kazan institute of the ASUJ branch Yuri Kuleshov, and head of the Civil Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Akhmetova.
A key element of the program was thematic discussion platforms, where employees of the Republic's Ministry of Justice shared their professional experience with municipal government representatives. The practical seminar «Legal assistance to heads of municipalities», aimed at heads of rural settlements in the Nizhnekamsk district and legal service staff, was of particular interest to the participants.
Albert Kamalutdinov, head of the department of legal advisory and methodological support for local governments at the Ministry, spoke about current issues in municipal rulemaking, while Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of regulatory legal work in local government and municipal registry maintenance, presented recommendations for improving legal acts at the local level.
«We view this format of communication with municipalities as an effective mechanism for their legal support. We are ready to provide advisory assistance on the full range of legal issues that arise in the daily practice of local governments», - the speakers noted.
Nizhnekamsk is the first municipality in Tatarstan to implement this initiative, similar events will soon be held in all districts of the republic.
