Over the past three months, more than 100 participants in the special military operation and their family members have received free legal assistance in the Republic of Tatarstan. This work is being carried out as part of a comprehensive program to support participants in the special military operation, as directed by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan.
The questions addressed by military personnel and their family members cover a wide range of topics: obtaining benefits, social guarantees, compensation, the procedure for obtaining a combat veteran's ID card, establishing paternity in court, and others. Free legal assistance, including both legal consultations and drafting the necessary legal documents, is provided by specialists from the State Legal Bureau of the Republic every Thursday. Appointments are held at the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation.
In the third quarter of this year, specialists from the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan provided free legal assistance to 112 citizens. Commenting on the work of the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation, Ilham Midkhatov, a leading specialist at the State Legal Bureau, noted: «Today, our main task is to provide legal support to those who serve their country. Our priority is to promptly and effectively respond to requests from participants in special military operations and their families», - he added.
