The winner of «Batyrlar» program has completed the second module of training
Ruustem Nigmatzyanov, winner of the republican «Batyrlar» program, successfully completed the second training module of the «Heroes of Tatarstan» project. As part of the economics module, participants studied the tax structure and budgeting principles, visited production sites in the SEZ and learned about the personnel training system at the Polytechnic University.
«The future belongs to such factories in Russia, where maximum localization, import substitution and local personnel training are established. This is in line with the policy of developing domestic industry for both defense and civilian purposes», - Rustem Nigmatzyanov shared his impressions.
After completing the educational module, at the invitation of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, the program winner participated in a board meeting of the Ministry.
«Legislation is a living system that constantly adapts to new conditions. It changes along with economic realities and social demands, - Rustem Nigmatzyanov emphasized. The Ministry of Justice plays a key role, including in ensuring the relevance and accessibility of legal norms for citizens and organizations», - he added.
The program winner also served on the presidium of a meeting with representatives of municipal districts, chaired by Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, where issues related to maintaining the municipal registry and implementing «Codex» information system were discussed.
«I was particularly impressed by the coherence and friendliness of the Ministry of Justice team in their work with municipal districts. The staff demonstrates a genuine willingness to help and promptly resolve any issues that arise, which I personally observed during the meeting, - noted Rustem Nigmatzyanov. I intend to continue working with the Ministry and participate in its future events», - he concluded.
Rustem Nigmatzyanov has extensive experience serving in the Russian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan, the Special Unit of Quick Responce (SOBR) and the National Guard of Russia. His achievements have been recognized with the medal «For distinguished service» 3rd class and the medal «Participant in the special military operation». In addition, he is a master of sports of Russia in biathlon and archery.
