Since the beginning of the year, the State legal bureau of Tatarstan has helped seven participants of the SMO restore their passports
The State legal bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to regularly provide free legal assistance to participants in the special military operation at the Republican clinical hospital. Lawyers advise service members on various legal issues and provide them with comprehensive explanations in accordance with the law.
«Receptions by the State legal bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Republican clinical hospital are not isolated events, but part of a systematic effort to ensure the legal protection of those who guard our homeland», - noted Mars Fatkullin, head of the State legal bureau of the Republic.
In addition to consultations, specialists assist service members in resolving specific problems. Since the beginning of the year, seven SMO participants have received assistance in restoring russian passports lost in the operation zone.
«Soldiers lose their passports in various situations in the SMO zone and specialists from the migration service, including a photographer, are invited to the reception», - explained Mars Fatkullin.
Not only participants in the special military operation but also their family members and those who have already returned have the right to receive free legal assistance.
