The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the All-Russian scientific and practical conference on maintaining federal registers and state registers of regulatory legal acts, organized by the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation.
The heads of relevant departments Raliya Garifullina, Natalia Kazantseva, Elmira Slepneva, as well as employees of the Ministry joined the online broadcast of the conference, chaired by deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The conference was devoted to topical issues of systematization of legal acts, digitalization of the legislative system and improvement of the maintenance of registers of regulatory documents. The participants paid special attention to the draft model law on the systematization of legal acts in the subjects of the Russian Federation, strategic planning and methods of conducting legal expertise of regional regulations.
Since 2022, the RPA robot has been introduced into the work of maintaining the municipal register by the Ministry of justice. In 2024, the robot automatically included 26 862 or 80% of the acts in the register. In order to systematize the information in the register, work is underway this year to modernize the software.
«The systematization of regulatory legal acts is not just a technical process, it is a fundamental mechanism for ensuring legal certainty and protecting the interests of citizens. In modern conditions, it is especially important to create a transparent, accessible legal environment where every resident of our republic can easily find, understand and exercise their legitimate rights», - said Muharryam Ibyatov.
According to the deputy minister, the exchange of experience with colleagues from other regions will improve the efficiency of work on maintaining the republican register of regulatory legal acts and further improving regional legislation.
