Tatarstan citizens can receive free legal assistance through a mobile application
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan reminds that the republic has expanded the opportunities for citizens to receive free legal assistance. The «Legal assistance» service has been launched in the mobile application «Map of a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan», which makes legal advice more accessible to all categories of the population.
The Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, has repeatedly noted: «Our task is to simplify the provision of services to the public as much as possible. To do this, it is necessary to develop and implement proactive provision of services in every life situation».
The service contains full information about the possibilities of obtaining free legal assistance and allows you to directly contact the State law bureau in electronic format.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasizes that it is not necessary to be a customer of a particular bank to use the application. It is enough just to download the application, and all the functions of the «Legal assistance» service will be available to users in full.
According to Ilya Gomzik, first deputy minister of justice, a special section «Life situations» has been created in the service, which includes 8 thematic blocks. Special attention is paid to information for participants in a special military operation and their family members, including payments due for injury and the possibility of writing off loans.
