he winner of the program «Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan», major, veteran of the special military operation Rustem Nigmatzyanov took part in the meeting of the final board of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held in conjunction with a meeting of the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of First deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.
Rustem Nigmatzyanov, assigned to the republican Ministry of justice under the program «Batyrlar», has successfully completed three internships at the Ministry and is actively involved in the implementation of its current tasks.

The Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin has repeatedly stressed the importance of the republican «Batyrlar» program for participants in a special military operation. This program is a comprehensive system for training senior personnel from among the participants of the SMO, followed by their inclusion in the work of government authorities and state-owned companies. According to the Minister, defenders of the Fatherland have experience, professional skills and unique knowledge that are in high demand in public service.
