Gosuslugi are now available in the MAX messenger
Getting government services has become easier — you no longer need to switch to a separate portal. Everything is available right at MAX: from school chats to MFC services.
Digital ID in MAX:
• More than 1,5 million Digital IDs created in MAX;
• In 40 thousand stores across Russia, it is possible to confirm the age of majority through a Digital ID;
• Users made 600 thousand purchases, confirming their age through a QR code.
Public Services account:
• 12 million portal users use the MAX code as additional login protection;
• More than 160 million notifications about service statuses were sent in MAX.
MFC services:
• 1,6 million people use the MFC chatbot;
• Almost 540 thousand appointments via MAX.
Education:
• Almost 2 million people use «Gosuslugi My school»;
• More than 20 million students, teachers and parents in school chats;
• More than 1 million students communicate in university chat rooms.
