Trade union of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan: «Our task is not only to protect the rights, but also to take care of the health of employees»
The Ministry held an annual reporting meeting of the primary trade union organization, which summed up the results of work for 2025. The event was attended by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
The main report was delivered by the chairman of the primary trade union organization, Aida Zakirova, who presented a report on the work done and spoke about programs aimed at social support for employees.
«The primary trade union organization of the Ministry of justice continues to actively participate in the «Employee recovery» program, which allows our employees to receive additional reimbursement for sanatorium treatment. In modern conditions, taking care of the health of employees is one of the priorities of our activities», - Aida Albertovna noted in her speech.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the financial support of trade union members. The Chairman recalled the possibility of obtaining an interest-free loan in the amount of 35 thousand rubles for urgent needs, as well as a loan of up to 60 thousand rubles for medical treatment.
During the meeting, the important role of the trade union organization in representing and protecting the rights and interests of the Ministry's employees, as well as in strengthening the corporate spirit and creating a favorable microclimate in the team was emphasized.
