The Ministry of justice has studied the execution of the transferred powers and activities of the state program in the Alekseevsky district
The Ministry of justice conducted the first field event this year to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register. The powers have been exercised since 2016 by the local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the Ministry of justice conducted a field trip to study this work in the Alekseevsky district. In 2025, 413 regulatory legal acts, as well as 9 additional information to them, were received from the Alekseevsky district for inclusion in the register.
During the event, the staff of the legal service of the district received legal assistance on the issues of bringing municipal acts into line with the legislation, as well as the implementation of the State program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local governments, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the exercise of state powers and the implementation of rule-making activities.
