The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced the winners of the competition for inclusion in the personnel reserve
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held an open competition for inclusion in the agency's personnel reserve. Following a meeting of the competition committee, the winners were selected for inclusion in the Republic of Tatarstan's personnel reserve for the main group of positions: Leniza Nurmukhametovna Galeeva, Rustem Rinatovich Nigmatzyanov, Ekaterina Anatolyevna Nikitina, Adilya Akhatovna Khasanova, Yaroslav Gennadievich Shvets.
Of particular note is the inclusion of Rustem Rinatovich Nigmatzyanov, a participant in a special military operation and winner of the republican program to support veterans and participants in the special military operation «Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan». Last year, Rustem completed a targeted internship at the Ministry of Justice, demonstrating an interest in public administration in the republic.
Being included in the Republic of Tatarstan's personnel reserve is a recognition of one's competencies and an expression of trust from the state. For three years, reservists are under special supervision and may receive offers for appointment to positions as heads of structural divisions in republican executive bodies.
