Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
A videoconference meeting was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov on monitoring non-property claims and the enforcement of court decisions owed to republican executive bodies, local governments, and state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by officials from public authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan responsible for maintaining and recording non-property claims and court decisions.
Ekaterina Nikitina, Lead Advisor of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in Local Government, reported on the results of work for the first quarter of 2026.
The Deputy Minister heard reports from officials from the Aksubaevsky, Vysokogorsky, Mendeleyevsky, Nurlatsky, and Tukaevsky municipal districts on the enforcement of non-property claims outstanding for more than five years. Emphasis was placed on the need to provide accurate information on the completed registers and to ensure responsible performance of assigned tasks.
«Timely compliance with regulatory authorities' requirements is directly linked to compliance with the law and the protection of citizens' rights», - the Deputy Minister concluded.
