XIX Bell Ringing Festival in Yelabuga

On July 31, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin took part in the opening of the XIX Bell Ringing Festival in Yelabuga.

The festival has become a platform for reviving traditions, studying the history of Russian bell ringing, and professionally exchanging experience.

«Year after year, the festival gathers many participants, and each of them brings a piece of their talent and faith», - greeted the guests and participants the Minister of Justice.

Bell ringers, clergy, students, and graduates of various schools of bell art participated in the event.
