The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan summarized the results of the anti-corruption program for the first half of 2026
A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of measures under the state program «Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan».
As a result of the discussion, it was established that in the first half of the current year, 12 out of 20 key performance indicators of the program were fully completed, while the remaining 8 indicators are still in the implementation stage.
One of the important tools of anti-corruption policy remains work with citizen appeals. During the reporting period, 19 appeals regarding corrupt practices were received through the state information system «Public Control». The analysis showed that complaints most often concerned the housing and utilities sector and territory improvement.
A significant amount of work has been carried out in terms of preventing corruption-generating factors in normative legal acts. Over the 6 months of 2026, an anti-corruption review was conducted on 1 275 drafts of normative legal acts and 11 049 drafts of municipal normative legal acts. Corruption-generating factors were identified and eliminated in 47 drafts.
In addition, the training platform «Anti-Corruption Review of Normative Legal Acts. Drafting of Normative Legal Acts» continues to operate at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the year, 13 state and municipal employees have completed training under this program, including 8 municipal and 5 state civil servants of the republic.
