The Session of the judicial Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

In 2015, the 29th of January the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N. V. Ragozina took part in the first session of the judicial Council of the Republic of Tatarstan this year, which was in a hall of Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired the first assistant of the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.A. Sharifyllin.
The Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I.I. Gilazov, the chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan N. N. Novikov, the chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic F.G. Hustnytdinov, the head of Judical Departmnet in the Republic of Tatarstan Z. M. Salihov, chairmen of district or city courts of the republic also took part in the session.
Following questions were taken up:
- about execution of judgments of the Council of lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan;
-about preparing of information of results of work of the judicial Council in Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 year, for direction to the Council of lawyers of Russian Federation;
-about accepting the plan of work of judicial Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 year.
Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin has instructed the Ministry to approve its plan for preparing and celebrating the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. At a staff meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of properly holding all planned events.
The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is systematically developing measures to provide financial support, social rehabilitation, and employment assistance to special military operation participants and their families. This was announced by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin during a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin also participated in the meeting.
Over the past four years, the number of municipal support measures for special military operation participants and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan has more than doubled, reaching 3082 as of April 1, 2026.
