Checking the organization of activity of magistrates’ judicial areas

From 18th to 20th of March 2015 by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial department of the Republic of Tatarstan, a comprehensive inspection of the organization activities of Nurlat district court and areas od magistrates of Nurlat judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 has been held.
During the inspection special attention focuses on the provision of the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection, the organization of personal reception of citizens by magistrate, informing the public about the time and place of court cases and review of proposals, applications and complaints of citizens, rules of conduct of court staff and routine rules.
According to results revealed no serious violations, in order to further improve the efficiency of the employees are given the necessary recommendations.

The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is systematically developing measures to provide financial support, social rehabilitation, and employment assistance to special military operation participants and their families. This was announced by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin during a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin also participated in the meeting.

Over the past four years, the number of municipal support measures for special military operation participants and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan has more than doubled, reaching 3082 as of April 1, 2026.
