Changes to the anti-corruption legislation

According to the Decree of the President RF from 22nd of December 2015 № 650 "On the order of messages by persons who hold some state posts of the Russian Federation, posts of federal state service and other persons of the occurrence of personal interest in the performance of official duties, which results or may result in a conflict of interest, and on amendments to some acts of the Russian Federation President "and item 4.1 st.12.1 Federal law from 25th of December, 2008 № 273-FL" on Combating corruption "heads of local governments recommended to ensure the publication of normative legal acts determining the procedure for notification of municipal employees the emergence of a personal interest in the performance of official duties, which results or may result in a conflict of interest. Due to changes in the law to local authorities need to make appropriate changes to the previously adopted regulations on commissions to comply with the requirements for official conduct of municipal employees and resolve conflicts of interest.
