On the participation at the meeting of roundtable

On 13th of December, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina took part in a meeting of round table organized by theCommittee of the Council of Federation on constitutional legislation and statebuilding of the Federal assembly of the Russian Federation, on the theme: "Improving the legal criteria for the establishment of court areas for activity of magistrares"

The moderator of the round table was E.V.Afanaseva - member of theCommittee of Council of Federation on constitutional legislation and state building of the Federal assembly of the Russian Federation. At the meeting took part the President of the federal notary chamber K.A.Korsik, a member of the Supremequalification collegium of judges L.V.Tumanova, president of the Guild of Russian lawyers G.B.Mirzoev, heads of the Departments for provision of activity of magistrates of St. Petersburg N.V .Prohorkov, Moscow region - E.A.Sidoruk, theagency for justice and magistrates of the Perm region Ya.V.Dorofeeva, deputychairman of the Committee of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order R.G.Nugumanov, representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, regional bodies of legislative, executive and judicial authorities, academic institutions and the legal community.

Roundtable participants made suggestions on improvement the measurement of education of court areas of magistrates, and discussed topical questions of functioning of global justice: personnel, material-technical, informational and financial support of the magistrates.
