New in legislation about local self government

By the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 26th of December, 2016 № 107-LRT "Onamendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan "and the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on the municipal service" is defined length of civil service and municipal service for a pension for years of service depending on the year a pension.

Increased age limit of staying in the civil service from 60 to 65 years. The civil servant who has reached the age limit for civil service substituting the position of public service "assistants (advisers)" category, established to assist a person holding public office of the Republic of Tatarstan, public life, with the consent of the civil servant may be extended by the representative of the employer to the end of the term of office of the specified person.

The composition of the monthly cash allowance, on the basis of which shall be calculated and set pension for years of service, is also included monthly cash remuneration in an amount not exceeding a monthly salary.
