The meeting of the board on rule-making activity

On 9th of February, 2017 was held a meeting of the board of the Ministry ofjustice of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the rule-making activities of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan" chaired by the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.

With the main report "Rulemaking questions of republican bodies of executive power" was made speech the first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

The speech reflected the results of rule-making activities for 2016, the results of the legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, designated the existing problems in this direction, the basic tasks of the executive authorities in the field of rule-making activities.

Head of department of registration of normative legal acts and legal support of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan E.I.Slepneva in her speech highlighted some aspects of state registration of normative legal acts of the republican bodies of the executive power.

Also at the meeting of the board made speeches:

Head of department for supervision over the legality of normative legal acts of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Valiahmetov;

head of the Legal department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.B.Grevtsov.

In conclusion, the Minister L.Yu.Gluhova thanked those present for their joint work and presented letters of thanks of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to employees of certain national execuive authority.

At the end of the board meeting was held a seminar with managers and employees of the legal services of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, during which were considered the questions of anti-corruption expertise of draft laws and regulations, legal and technical design of projects of normative legal acts, and also control over the proper placement of anticorruption information on the websites of executive authority.
