Meeting of the Inderdepartmental coordination committee

On 5th of April, 2017 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the chairmanship of deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh. Kh. Gafarov, was held a meeting of the Interdepartmental coordination committee on legal affairs.

The Committee approved the following bills: "On the invalidation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On certain questions of organization of activities for releasing, extradition and servicing universal electronic cards in the Republic of Tatarstan "; "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On empowering local authorities of municipal regions and urban regions of the Republic of Tatarstan with state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of state control and supervision in the sphere of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects "; "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the regulation of certain issues in the sphere of health care of citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan "; "On the empowerment of local self-government bodies of municipal districts and city okrugs with state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to render services to persons in public places in a state of intoxication in specialized institutions and who have lost the ability to independently move or orient themselves in an environment that does not need medical assistance"; "On amendments to Articles 17 and 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan "; "On amending articles 23.22 and 23.23 of the Code of administrative offenses of the Russian Federation"; The Committee also approved the new version of the Expert council of the Interdepartmental coordination committee on legal affairs.
