Exit meeting of the Committee of the State Council RT

On 11th of April 2017, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M.Ibyatov took part in the exit meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rule of law and order in the Kukmorsky municipal region.

At the meeting, by the chairmanship of the deputy chairman of the committee R.G. Nugumanov, candidatures for election by magistrates were agreed, questions of organization of activity of administrative commissions in municipal districts and a number of bills were discussed.

Report on the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on the allocation of local government authorities to individual state authorities on the questions of maintaining the Committee on the rule of law and order in the Kukmorsky municipal region was reported by the head of the Executive committee of the district A.Kh. Harifullin. With additional information on this question and also on amending the state program "Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020", which provides for bringing the amount of financing in line with the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the budget for the current year and the planned period 2018 and 2019 made a speech M.Ibyatov.
