New in legislation about local self-government

On 13th of April, 2017 by the order No. 711 / pr of the Ministry of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, new methodological recommendations were approved for the preparation of rules for the improvement of the territories of settlements, urban districts, and intra-urban regions.

Methodical recommendations are designed to provide methodological assistance to local governments when preparing them for the implementation of the powers provided for by the Federal law "On general principles of organization of Llocal self-government in the Russian Federation", rules for the improvement of the territories of municipal entities.

These recommendations are posted on the official website of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section "Implementation of certain transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the section "Local self-government".
