Study of the organization of activity of court areas

From  15th to 19th of May 2017, the Ministry of Jjustice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Officeof the Judicial department in the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a study of the organization of the activities of judicial areas №№ 1, 2 and № 3 in the Zainsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the course of the work, the main indicators of the activities of judicial districts for 2016 were studied: the organization of judicial and archival records management, the quality and timeliness of execution of court decisions, protocols and outgoing official documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the unimpeded exercise of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of admission of citizens, the rules of conduction for employees of the office of the court and the rules of internal labor regulations.

In order to further improve the effectiveness of the staff of the magistrates in the Zainsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary recommendations were given.
