Training seminar

On 26th of July 2017, by the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M.Ibyatov, took place a training seminat  in the mode of video conferencing for local government officials on the theme "Protection of the rights of local self-government bodies in the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration court".

The Deputy minister in his report brought to the participants information about property claims of local self-government bodies, execution of court decisions.

M.M.fina, the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan,  the senior prosecutor of the department for ensuring the participation of prosecutors in the civil and arbitration proceedings of the Procurator of the Republic of Tatarstan L.I.Sabirzanova, and the deputy head of the Department of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan E.R.Labashova, deputy executive secretary - head of the legal department of the association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" S.NStolyarov were also mede speeches at the seminar.

Speakers discussed the specifics of consideration by courts of general jurisdiction of administrative cases involving local self-government bodies, the practice of courts considering claims of prosecutors in defense of the rights and interests of local self-government bodies, execution of executive proceedings instituted against local self-government bodies, local self-government to protect the rights of municipalities
