Meeting on the question on organization administrative penalties

On 8th of August  2017 at the initiative of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office for the organization of activity of administrative commissions of the Executive committee of Kazan in the Office of the Federal service of court bailiffs in the Republic of Tatarstan by the leadership of deputy head E.R. Lobasheva took place a meeting on the question on organization of administrative penalties imposed by the administrative commission Kazan.
 At the meeting toom part deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Ibyatov, head of the department on territorial organization and implementation of control in the sphere of local self-government G.I. Kasymova, head of the Administration for the administrative commissions of the Executive committee of Kazan G.H. Gismatullina and heads of structural divisions of the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan.
There were discussed questions related to the initiation of enforcement proceedings on decisions on the appointment of administrative punishments, the reasons for their low execution, and the progress in organizing electronic interaction between the administrative commission of Kazan and the bailiffs of Kazan
