On 22nd of August 2017 the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin took part in a joint meeting on the development of the system of providing free legal aid and a meeting of the District council of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" in the Privolzhsky federal district, which took place in the Ulyanovsky region (Cherdaklinsky district ).
The event took place by the chairmanship of deputy director of the Department on questions of legal aid and interaction with the judiciary of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation I.A.Zalutzhkaya.
The Minister made a report "On the implementation of legislation on the provision of free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan."

A project on this topic was presented by Rustem Nigmatzyanov, a winner of the «Batyrlar: Heroes of Tatarstan» program for veterans and participants of the special military operation, assigned to the Ministry.
