On March 6th, Minister of Justice Zagidullin R.I. had a meeting with the members of a delegation of Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. Representatives of Congress Jakob Wienen, Stewart Dickson, Nikolaos-Komninos Chlepas, and Stephanie Poirel paid a one-day working visit with a view to exploring the implemented provisions of the European Charter of local self-government – international document ratified by our country in 1998 to the Republic of Tatarstan.
