A meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Ainur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice.

Today the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan published on the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers abolishing all anticode restrictions in Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has started the work on organization of execution of claims and enforcement proceedings of non-property nature brought against public authorities, state and municipal institutions.

In the Republic of Tatarstan the list of categories of citizens entitled to free legal aid has been expanded.

The Ministry of Justice under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina held training for the staff of the offices of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issues of interaction with the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Employees of the Ministry conducted an on-site event to study the fulfillment by local self-government bodies of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District of state powers to collect information from settlements included in the municipal district, required for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On July 28 from 10.00 to 13.00 residents of Cheremshansky district of the Republic of Tatarstan will be provided with free legal assistance.
