Meeting on completing reporting information on the enforcement of non-property claims and court decisions
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held in videoconference mode on the organization of work and filling in of reporting information on the execution of claims and court decisions of non-property nature, debtors of which are republican executive authorities, local self-government bodies, state and municipal institutions.
Natalia Arzamastseva, Leading Advisor of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, made a report on filling in the registers and drew attention to the necessity of submitting reliable information within the established deadlines.
The event was attended by persons responsible for reporting information and filling out reporting forms and registers related to claims and court decisions of non-property nature.
