The Ministry of Justice studied the execution of state powers and implementation of anti-corruption policy in Mendeleevsk municipal district
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a field visit to the Mendeleevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event examined the exercise by local self-government bodies of the region of state powers to collect from settlements the information required to maintain the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
More than 700 normative legal acts as well as 29 additional data to them were received from the Mendeleevsk municipal district for inclusion in the register in 2024 and for 3 months of the current year.
Employees of the legal service of the raion were provided with legal assistance on the issues of bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation, as well as the implementation of measures of the state program «Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government bodies and recommendations were given for the purpose of improving the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and implementation of rulemaking activities.
