MAX now has digital IDs for people with disabilities and pensioners

The MAX national messenger now offers a convenient feature for presenting your digital ID-based benefits card directly from your phone.

How does it work?

Your eligibility for discounts, free museum admission, and discounted travel is now secured electronically. This is all thanks to the new «Digital ID» service available in the MAX messenger. This document is generated based on your digital benefits card, which you obtain in advance on the Gosuslugi portal.

Who is eligible? Pensioners, citizens with disabilities, members of large families.

What do you need to do?

• Install the latest versions of the Gosuslugi and MAX apps.
• Log in to your MAX profile and select «Digital ID».
• Provide the necessary consents and verify your identity using a convenient method.
• Take a selfie to complete the process.

Done! Your card is now available online and functions just like a traditional paper card.
