The Ministry of Justice examined the fulfillment of delegated powers to maintain the municipal register in Tukaevsky district
The Ministry of Justice continues to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register.
The powers are exercised by the municipal districts of the republic in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 3, 2015 № 92-LRT.
An employee of the Ministry of Justice conducted an on-site event to study this work in the Tukayevsky district.
In 2024 and 3 months of this year, the Ministry received more than 1,300 regulatory legal acts of the Tukayevsky district, as well as 75 additional information to them, for inclusion in the register.
During the event, the staff of the legal service of the district received legal assistance on bringing municipal acts into line with the law, sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them in the municipal register.
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local governments, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
