In order to improve the professional level of employees of local self-government authorities responsible for the execution of certain state powers transferred to the Republic of Tatarstan, the start of accepting documents for the "Best in Profession" competition is announced from August 6, 2021.

On July 27, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 16, 2021 came into force No. 51-ZRT "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting local self-government authorities of Municipal Districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with separate state Powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to calculate and provide Subventions to the budgets of settlements that are part of the municipal district for the implementation of powers to carry out primary military registration in territories where there are no military commissariats" (hereinafter – Law No. 51-ZRT).

Under the agreed plan, the Ministry of justice together with the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a training exercise on the practical actions in case of obtaining information about the bomb threat and suspicious object (the explosive devices) in premises of justices of peace No. 1, 13 for the Soviet judicial district, located at str., Kazan, Novo-Azinskaya, D. 43.

On July 16, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 16, 2021 came into force No. 49-ZRT "On Amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter – Law No. 49-ZRT), with the exception of provisions that come into force on August 1, 2021.
