Results of the meeting of the attestation commission

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the attestation commission for the qualification examination and certification of civil servants of the magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Recall that the qualification exam is conducted in order to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, based on the results of which the commission makes a decision on passing the exam and awarding the class rank of the civil service, or that the civil servant did not pass the qualification exam.

The Attestation Commission decided that 2 civil servants passed the exam and were recommended for the assignment of the first class rank.

The certification of state civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, degree of readiness and levels of ability of a state civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether an employee corresponds to his position.

According to the results of the vote, 3 civil servants have successfully passed certification, of which 1 is recommended for inclusion in the Personnel Reserve in the order of official growth.

Evgeny Verkhokamkin, a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Ilgam Kalimullin, a justice of the peace of the judicial district No. 5 in the Vakhitovsky Judicial district of the city of Tatarstan, participated as independent experts at the meeting of the commission. Alexander Chashin, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and Regina Rashidovna Dolotina, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure Law, Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Judges and Civil Servants of Courts, Kazan Branch of the Russian State Unitary Enterprise, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.
