On September 1st, 2019 Federal Law of 26 July 2019 Number 226-ФЗ «On changes to the Fundamentals of Legislation of Russian Federation on notary and to the article 16.1 of the Federal Law «On the Fundamentals of Legislation on organization of local self-government in Russian Federation» came into force.
