On February 22, 2018, a meeting of chairmen, deputy chairmen of district (city) courts and representatives of justices of the peace was held on the results of work for 2017 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.N. Minnikhanov, which summarized the results of the past year and discussed plans for the current year.

The event was attended by the Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan R.Z. Timerzyanov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I. I. Gilazov, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan F.H. Khusnutdinov, the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan A. Safarov, the Head Department of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan R. Salikhov, chairmen of the district (city) courts of the republic, federal and justices of the peace.

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin presented awards to the winners of the "Best in Profession" competition:

In the nomination "The best consultant of the magistrate's apparatus" - Matievsky Evgeny Vladimirovich (judicial department № 4 of the Aviation Building Judicial District of Kazan);

In the nomination "The best secretary of the court session of the apparatus of the magistrate" - Mikhailova Valeriya Vasilyevna (judicial district № 4 in the judicial district of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny of the Republic of Tatarstan);

In the nomination "The best senior specialist of the 2nd category - the head of the office of the magistrate's office" - Sagitova Alsu Alikovna (judicial sections № 1, 2 in the Baltasinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan);

On February 21, 2018, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M. M. Ibyatov, held an exit reception of citizens residing in Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district.

During the reception, M.M. Ibyatov considered citizens' appeals on issues of land legislation, provision of housing for orphans, employment, pension accruals, bringing to administrative responsibility for improper use of the land plot and others.

Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of the deputy head of the district, I.G. On February 20, 2018, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin took part in the thirty-fifth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation.

During the meeting, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan presented amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated April 6, 2005, №64-LRT "On the Executive Bodies of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan" to the parliamentarians.

The draft law provides for the introduction of state registration in respect of all acts of the Republican executive bodies that are normative in nature, and not only those that affect the rights, freedoms and duties of individuals and citizens, or establish the legal status of organizations or are of an interdepartmental nature, as established by the current version of the law.

In addition, the provisions of the Law have been amended to refer to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as an executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan authorized to form and maintain a single bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with the recognition of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated May 8, 2002 №UP-352 "On a single bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" has become invalid.

On February 20, 2018, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.G. Galimov took part in a seminar with a report on topical issues of conducting independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and its projects, organized by the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for independent experts authorized to conduct an anti-corruption expert examination of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts.

During the speech, A.G. Galimov paid special attention to the quality of the conducted anti-corruption expert assessments, to improve the preparation of expert opinions, as well as the need to increase the activity of independent experts, involving a wider number of citizens and organizations in the process of conducting an independent anti-corruption examination.

Also, within the framework of the seminar, participants have informed about a unified regional Internet portal for the development of draft normative legal acts being developed in the republic in order to publicly discuss them and conduct an independent anti-corruption expertise

On February 19, 2018, a jubilee evening, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Commission for the Affairs of Minors and Protection of Their Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin prepared the speech and also handed departmental awards for his contribution to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors to representatives of the executive authorities and commissions for juvenile affairs in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On February 15, 2018, a training seminar was held with the staff of magistrates' offices in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Tukayevsky judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issues of program "Justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan"

The main speaker at the seminar A.A. Shcherbakov, a leading consultant on the implementation of the information technology department of the CROC Inc. Also at the seminar were the heads of departments of the ministry A.G. Safin and A.V. Nazarova, leading experts D.A. Pilin, L.R. Habibullina.

The training covered issues related to the functionality of the "Justices of the peace" program complex, which automates the process of judicial record keeping, outlined the problems and ways to solve them in terms of maintaining judicial statistics, registering court cases

This year is the third year of Strategy-2030 of Tatarstan, which we all worked together. According to the Law on the approval of the Strategy (from 17.06.2015 №40-LRT), once every 3 years, if necessary, it is adjusted.

In accordance with the instruction of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, work is underway to amend the Strategy-2030. First of all, it should correspond to the development strategy of the Russian Federation until 2035, as well as take into account the emerging technologies of the developing digital economy.

In order to get a document that most fully reflects the long-term guidelines of the republic's development, it is necessary to involve all interested parties in this work.

As Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin said back in 2008 at the expanded meeting of the State Council "On the Development Strategy of Russia until 2020" "... our long-term guidelines should be clear to all, should be supported by the citizens of the country."
