In the Republic of Tatarstan for the first time the contest "The Best Public Council of the Municipal Formation of the Republic of Tatarstan" is held in 3 nominations:

- «The best organization of the activities of the Public Council for working with the population residing on the territory of the municipal formation, interaction with municipal and state authorities, other organizations and institutions»;

- «The best organization of the activity of the Public Council for conducting an independent assessment of the quality of services rendered to the population on the territory of the municipality»;

- «The best organization of the activities of the Public Council for active participation in events held on the territory of the municipality, in events held by the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, and coverage of the activities of the Public Council in the mass media».

Public councils of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan are allowed to participate in the competition.

The competition is held from September 1 to November 15, 2018 in 3 stages:

The first stage from September 1 to September 30, 2018: consideration of applications and materials for participation in the Competition.

The second stage from October 1 to October 30, 2018: Meetings of the competition committee to summarize the competition, determine the winners of the competition, record video materials and prepare printed publications.

The third stage from 1 to 15 November 2018: rewarding the winners.

On May 31, 2018, in the Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice Acting Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V. Vorobyov congratulated the magistrates on the successful completion of training courses for justices of the peace.

As a result of the completion of the courses, justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan were given certificates of professional development. In the ceremony of presentation of certificates were also attended by the deputy director for educational work, A.R. Garifullina, the dean of the faculty for advanced training and retraining of judges, state civil servants of the courts and the judicial department of the KF RPMU R.R. Dolotina, the head of department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace A.V.Nazarova.

From May 28 to May 30, 2018, the work group of the Governmental Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Prevention of Offenses visited Yutazinsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the audit, members of the work group, which includes representatives of various ministries and departments, according to the approved task plan, studied the organization of activities of subjects of crime prevention in its separate areas, including the execution of the state program «Ensuring public order and counteracting criminality in the Republic of Tatarstan for the years 2014-2020».

Based on the audit results, a meeting was held for the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Justice A.G. Galimov with the participation of the head of the Executive Committee of the Yutazinsky Municipal District S.P. Samonina, the deputy district prosecutor I.N. Gabdurahmanov, with the invitation of representatives of all subjects of crime prevention, heads of rural settlements district, during which the results of the work, revealed violations and shortcomings were discussed, recommendations for their elimination were given.

Also, within the framework of the departure, the leading advisor of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and the management of the municipal register E.I. Kurmanova conducted a check on the execution by the local government bodies of the Yutazinsky municipal district of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from the settlements entering the municipal district, for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary consultative and methodological assistance was rendered.

On May 29-30, 2018, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina took part in the International Legal Conference "The Court of the 21st Century: Technology in the Service of Justice" timed to the closure of the joint project of the World Bank and the Russian Federation "Support to Judicial Reform" .

Representatives of 10 countries took part in the Conference, about 200 participants were accredited.

The conference was opened by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, E.L. Zabarchuk. One of the main at the conference was the report of the Chairman of the Moscow City Court O.A. Egorova on the results of the implementation of the project on the creation of the Integrated Information System of Courts of General Jurisdiction in Moscow within the Metropolitan courts of General jurisdiction was introduced the system of trial audio and video conferencing; The Single Information Portal of the Courts of General Jurisdiction with the Personal Cabinet of Citizens has been launched and the Internal Portal for the staff of the courts; In the framework of interdepartmental and inter-level interaction, electronic document circulation with departments facilitating the administration of justice was established; information and analytical systems have been created; materials of both current and archival cases are translated into electronic form; for the first time in the judicial system, a data processing center was built, located in the Moscow City Court.

On May 29, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of Work Group № 5 on the issue of attracting federal budget funds to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for the chairmanship of R.K. Husnulin, a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Civil Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Penal Service of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting, topical issues of the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the implementation of such federal state programs as the Development of the Criminal Executive System (2018-2026), Development of the Judicial System of Russia (2013-2020) were considered.

As a result of the meeting, the members of the work group and the invited were instructed to clarify the declared and approved funds from the federal budget to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018, and also for 2019-2021.

On May 28, 2018, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces a competition for the vacant positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 24, 2018, in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the chairmanship of Deputy Minister N.V. Ragozina, training was held in video conferencing for the justices of the peace on the topic: «On fire safety measures in the buildings and premises of judicial sectors of the justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan».

The lecture was read by N.D. Dolgov, teacher of the training and methodological center for civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was attended by A. Vorobyov, head of the activity assurance department of Justice of the Peace, A. Nazarova, head of the department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace, A. Safin, head of the department of legal Informatization and computer systems.

Upon termination of training with the staff of the justices of the peace, the topical issues of optimization of the costs for mailings, the need to observe the code of ethics by the staff of magistrates' offices, the issues of material and technical support for the activities of magistrates, and the compliance with security requirements at court areas were discussed.

On May 24, 2018, in accordance to the approved schedule, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left for the Chistopol Municipal District.

As part of the trip, legal assistance was rendered by the leading consultant of the department of legal consulting and methodological support of local governments of the ministry Elena Gazizova. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, and provided recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.

The staff of the department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry Ilfat Mingalimov, Alina Sharafetdinova carried out a check of the implementation of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020» in the Chistopol Municipal District.

The issues of the functioning of the commission for the coordination of anti-corruption work for the head of the Chistopol Municipal District, the commission for compliance with the requirements for service conduct and conflict of interest settlement, examined the municipal anti-corruption program, the organization of the anti-corruption expertise, and the implementation of other program activities.
